Plant Overview
Spanning over 45 hectares, our flagship manufacturing facility in Samdrup Jongkhar integrates cutting-edge Submerged Arc Furnace technology with automated material handling systems. Designed for maximum efficiency and minimal environmental impact, the plant operates on 100% renewable hydropower with a workforce of over 350 skilled technicians and engineers.

Our facility houses state-of-the-art Submerged Arc Furnaces (SAFs), representing advanced pyrometallurgical engineering. Each furnace is equipped with advanced electrode control systems, real-time temperature monitoring, and automated tapping mechanisms to ensure consistent product quality and optimal energy efficiency.

With a current annual production capacity of 85,000 metric tons across our Ferro Silicon line, our facility is positioned for significant growth. Phase II expansion plans will introduce Silicon Metal and additional ferroalloy lines, projected to more than double total capacity by 2028.
